早起きは苦手という人が多いようだ。私も夜ふかしは平気だが、早起きはとてもつらい。ただ、所用で早く起きる日は気分が一新する。ほほを打つ朝の大気は優しく快い。一日がことさら長く、充実した時間を過ごした実感がある。よし、明日からはと心に決めるのだが、翌朝になるとその決心はにぶってしまう。

get upは「起きる」で「起きている」とは違います！

(D)言い換え表現
start the day「一日をはじめる」
という言い方をしてもいいですね。

wake upもいいと思います。
この表現は「目を覚ます」（なのでまだ布団の中にいる可能性もある）
get upはその後に実際にふとんから出る動作ですね。

(E)gentlyは副詞です。
ここでは名詞gentleを使います。

(F)主語はthe windなので、三人称単数形

(G)It seems that..は事実であることを推測する表現です。ここでは事実というよりも、主観的な感情をのべているので、I feel...としたほうが自然です。
