is thatをいれてthat節にしました。

動詞：is
補語:that以下　という構造です。

(B)「大きな違い」
a serious difference
seriouslyは副詞ですが、副詞は動詞を修飾するものです。
ここでは名詞を修飾するので形容詞を使います。

(C)「同じ屋根の下で暮らすことを不可能にする」
という意味で、
that makes it impossible to live under the same roof
と表現しました。

(D)a fewがついているので複数形にします。

(E)～する権利さえも与えられない
否定notを入れる必要がありますね。
また、evenをいれる位置は、notのあとです。
not even「～さえも～ない」

(F)behaveという動詞を修飾するのは副詞impolitelyです。
