コンピュータの操作に際しては、まず、調整が可能で体をしっかり支える座り心地のよい椅子を選んでください。次に、足の裏全体が床につき、太ももと床が平行になるように、椅子の高さを調整してください。さらに、キーボードの前に座ったときには、画面の上端が目の位置よりも少し低くなるようにし、目から画面までの間隔は50cm以上の距離を保つようにしましょう。

When it comes to use a computer, first, you have to ~~choice~~choose an adjustable chair that catch your body stable and make you comfortable. Second, yous should adjust the height of the chair for you to fit bottoms of your feet on a floor and make your leggings paralleled to the floor. Furthermore, when you sit down in the front of your keyboard, you have to make the top of a display set below your eyes and keep over 50 cm from your eyes to the display.

Here the verb “to use” is actually needed in the noun or gerund form because you already have a subject verb structure with “it comes”. So, “using a computer” becomes the noun phrase or object to follow in the clause.

(B)structure -

To avoid overuse of commas, try to think how to structure the words so that the flow is not interrupted. If you move “first” later then no commas are required.

(E)wording -

If something is going to be “fit” to your feet then it is expected there is a structure like a shoe that needs to be fitted. For the floor, we just keep them on it.

(G)wording -

This was quite unclear, so I took a guess at what you wanted to say based on the usual advice given for good posture when using a computer. Please change if what you wanted to say is different.

(H)wording -

This is a more active word that forces the reader to imagine an action happening with the screen rather than just what could be a passive instruction.

添削を受けてコメント
そもそも課題文を提示してないので、当然のことだが分かりづらい日本語をどうやって表現するかの参考にはならない添削だった。
また”you have to make the top of a display set”のmake→adjustはわかるが、a display→the displayの理由がわからない。
ネイティブからしたらそもそも間違えないところだから説明が省略されているのだとは思うが、冠詞に慣れてない日本人には何を言われているのかさっぱり…。displayはここで初めて出てるものだから"a"なんじゃないの？と思ってしまう。
私の実力ではまだネイティブの添削だけでは英作力ボトムアップにはつながらないようだった…。
日本人インストラクターならなぜ”the”になるか説明を入れてくれるところなんだがなぁ。
