私たちは漠然と犬やイルカを賢いと思っているが、動物の賢さを測る客観的な基準に基づいて
そう判断しているわけではない。そういった動物の場合、人間の命令によく従うほど、頭が良いように見えるだけではないだろうか。人間の場合には、種々のいわゆる客観テストなるものがあるが、それも結局、出題者の指示によく従うことが高得点に結びついているのかもしれない。

I think that such animals that sincerely obey our orders are seemed to be looked as smart. When it comes to human, there is so-called objective tests variously. • 'some'と'any’：一般的には、肯定文の場合には'some'が、疑問文や否定文の場合には'any'が使用されることが多い。̟⁺α 否定文での'any'は強い意味を持ちますので、今回の「漠然と」というような弱めのニュアンスを表現する場合には、'There is(are) no reason(s)'と表現してもよろしいかも。
• (D)人の考える彼らの賢さ:smartness that we see on them。"their smartness isn't decided by ～"ですと、「彼らの賢さは～によって決まるわけではない」という意。意訳を考えすぎて全く違う意味になってしまった。。。
• (F)表現の重複：'seemed to be'と'looked (as)'はどちらもほぼ同じ意です。'seem'はそれ自体が受動的な意を持ちますので、'be seemed'というように受動態で使われることはあまりありません。
• (G)(H)複数:こちらは後ろが'tests'と複数形になっていますので、動詞は'are'とします。略…。→ginger でもよく直されるやつ。。。何かドリル的なので徹底的に頭に叩き込もう。。。
