 最近久しぶりに旅行して実感したのですが、田舎の夜空には星が驚くほどたくさん見えます。科学的に考えれば、汚染がなく空気がきれいだからでしょうが、風景はそれを見る者の心を映すとよく言われます。雑事に追われて忙しいだけの生活からしばしの逃避行を敢行したあの時の私は、もしかしたら、めずらしく無邪気な子供のように心が澄んでいたのかもしれません。

と表現するのが自然です。

country skyだと意味がよくわかりません。

(B)「汚染された」
contaminatedを使います。
poisonedは「毒にかかった」

(C)「～を反映する」
reflectのあとには直接目的語をもってきます。

reflect onだと、
「～に反射する」
As the light came, it was reflected on the water. 光が差すにつれ、それが水面に映し出された。

また、
「～を熟考する、～のことを思案する、～をよく［つくづく］考える、～を（じっくり）検討する」
という意味でもよく使うのでおぼえておきましょう。

I need to reflect on the situation before I make a final decision.
最終決定を下す前に、状況をじっくり検討する必要がある。
It is a time to reflect on what really matters. 何が本当に重要なのか考えるときである。
We have reflected upon what matters most to us. 私たちにとって何が一番大事かをよく考えた。

(D)look at「～を見る」
前置詞atが抜けていました。

(E)be busy with...「～でいそがしい」
前置詞はwithを使います。

so...that...「あまりに～なので、～する」
という構文をつかいました。

too...to...という構文は、
「～するには～すぎる」という意味なので、
ここでは使いません。

I was so tired that I went to bed early.
あまりに疲れていたのではやくねた。
I was so hungry that I went to a fast food restaurant.
あまりにお腹がすいていたのでファーストフード店にいった。

I was too tired to continue to study.
勉強を続けるには疲れすぎていた。
（疲れすぎていて勉強できなかった）
I was too late to apply for the event.
イベントに参加するには遅れすぎていた。
（＝遅れすぎてイベントに参加できなかった）

(F)「無邪気な子供のような」
ここでは、無邪気な子供がもっているような（澄んだ心）」
と言い換えて、
....like innocent children have.
とするのがいいと思います。
such asのあとには名詞しかこれないので、
innocent children haveというような文章はもってこれません。なのでここではLikeをつかいました。


「純粋な」
ここではinnocent「純真な、罪のない、無邪気な」
を使いました。

harmlessもたしかに「無邪気な」という意味がありますが、もとの意味は「害のない」なので、ちょっと違和感があります。
