(A)(B)言いかえすでに雨は降っていて、それが強まっている状況でしたら、be going to~ではなく、主語は雨で「強く降っている」もしくは「getting srronger」とされるといいでしょう。どちらにせよ比較級で「強まっている」と表現することができます。
(C)補足
「晴天」だけだと、雲がない、という意味で温度までは伝わらないため「暖かい」とされてもいいと思います。
(D)動詞
「汗ばむ」はこちらが正確になると思います。
(E)言いかえ
hardlyは「ほとんど～ない」で意味が逆になります。雪がたくさん降った、はheavyを使うといいでしょう。
