(A)完全な文章にするには主語・述語をきちんと書く必要があります。

(B) a line が単数形なので was です。また英語では主語・述語をしっかりと明記しますので、今回の場合「列」だけでなく「人の列」と書いてあげましょう。

(C) everyone は「みんな」ですが、一つの集合体とみなすので続く動詞は単数形になります。

(G) we got rained on なら大丈夫ですが、これだと「雨にうたれた」という意味になり、主語は人であると仮定されます。この場合続きに家の話をしているので、普通に it rained で大丈夫です。

(H)並べ替えて分かりやすくしました。

(I) this climate もしくは these climates にしましょう。this は単数形にしか掛かりません。
