「コンピュータは間違えません。」という決まり文句があるが、それは要するに扱う人間の側が間違えることが多いということだ。相手が人間の場合、「あ、ここはこうするつもりが間違えたんだな。」と推察してくれるかもしれないが、コンピュータはなかなかそうはいかない。コンピュータを疑う前にまず自分を疑え、特に初心者はこれを肝に銘じておいたほうがいいだろう。

「しかし、それを使う人によって間違われることが多いということだ」

it is equally the same means that
「それは平等に同じ意味だ」
という文章になっていましたが、
it means that...「それは～という意味だ」
とうシンプルな表現でいいでしょう。

Mistakesは複数形なので動詞はareですね。

(C)If you face a person(toは不要）だと、
「人に直面した場合」という意味ですが、
ちょっと不自然です。

ここでは、
「人間に関していえば」
When it comes to a human being
in terms of a human being

などとするといいでしょう。

PCと対比しているので、
personよりhuman beingのほうがいいかなと思いました。
person は《大勢と個人を分ける》ために用いられる語であり、
human は《動物やモノと人間を分ける》ために用いられる語です。


(D)what you feel like doing for something becomes to mistakes　という文章はよくわかりません。
feel like doingは「～したい気分である」

becomes のあとにtoはつけず、すぐに目的語がきます。
（becomes mistakesで「間違いになる」）

このようにしました。
you made a mistake on what you wanted to do.
「あなたがやりたかったことにおいて間違いをした」
という意味になります。

(E)主語は複数形です。

(F)肝に銘じる
keep in mind
burn into one's mind
などが一般的な言いかたです。

would ratherを使ってもいいですが、
助動詞should「～すべき」を使ったほうがよし自然で一般的な言い方であるように思います。
